Availability

This page describes the pinned source package. Published availability is unestablished for this artifact. Source build and package availability.

Resources and modes

Declare a resource in application code, then bind deployment-specific settings and credentials. See typed resources, connections and source inspection.

Clients

pull: updatedSince day windows, page walk, no deletions

The following example matches configuration standard.

Configuration: standard

Case: workflowmax/clients/pull/standard. Connection and resource configuration are declared by this exact case. Credential kind: workflowmax. Keep credential material in the private credential inventory.
Native admission analysis is available for this exact declaration. Collection: clients
Recorded checks Hosted qualification: unestablished for this catalog configuration. Installed connections report their own identity, authority and current status.

Jobs

pull: updatedSince day windows, then deletedSince

The following example matches configuration standard.

Configuration: standard

Case: workflowmax/jobs/pull/standard. Connection and resource configuration are declared by this exact case. Credential kind: workflowmax. Keep credential material in the private credential inventory.
Native admission analysis is available for this exact declaration. Collection: jobs
Recorded checks Hosted qualification: unestablished for this catalog configuration. Installed connections report their own identity, authority and current status.

Invoices

pull: updatedSince day windows, page walk, no deletions

The following example matches configuration standard.

Configuration: standard

Case: workflowmax/invoices/pull/standard. Connection and resource configuration are declared by this exact case. Credential kind: workflowmax. Keep credential material in the private credential inventory.
Native admission analysis is available for this exact declaration. Collection: invoices
Recorded checks Hosted qualification: unestablished for this catalog configuration. Installed connections report their own identity, authority and current status.

Timesheets

pull: updatedSince day windows, page walk, no deletions

The following example matches configuration standard.

Configuration: standard

Case: workflowmax/timesheets/pull/standard. Connection and resource configuration are declared by this exact case. Credential kind: workflowmax. Keep credential material in the private credential inventory.
Native admission analysis is available for this exact declaration. Collection: timesheets
Recorded checks Hosted qualification: unestablished for this catalog configuration. Installed connections report their own identity, authority and current status.

Provider guidance

Compiled declaration examples and configuration details are published in the connector reference. WorkflowMax by BlueRock’s V2 API (https://api.workflowmax.com/v2/), the product that took the name after Xero retired its WorkflowMax on 2024-06-26. The workflowmax credential is an OAuth 2.0 authorization-code grant from https://oauth.workflowmax.com (scopes openid email profile workflowmax offline_access; 30-minute access tokens, 60-day refresh tokens). Setup accountId is the organisation’s Account ID, which the access token carries, sent as account-id. /v2/me names no organisation id, so the connection is its own account namespace. Every listing filters updatedSince=<YYYY-MM-DD> (a whole day) sorted sort=updated&order=asc, paged by page. A page re-anchors one day before the latest updatedAt read and pages by number inside that window; a finished pass carries the latest updatedAt. updatedAt is the record version, so rows the day-wide filter reads again deduplicate. Clients are read active and archived, invoices draft, approved and cancelled, jobs every status but deleted. Jobs then read deletedSince (status=deleted), each row a deletion; deleted clients, invoices and timesheets are not observed. Values are kept as provider text, objects and numbers as their JSON text. A 429’s Retry-After is honoured, and requests share 60 a minute. Nothing is written; webhooks (beta) are not read. Nothing here has run against WorkflowMax or been qualified. See the platform’s llm-wiki/wiki/providers/accounting.md.

Provider references

Provider references and prerequisites are maintained in the connector guidance above. No separate provider-documentation review date is recorded.

The resource declaration examples above are compiled and compared with exact catalog declarations. Recorded checks apply only to their source, declaration and runtime identities.
