Both resources hold an ebay credential (ebay.credential): an OAuth refresh envelope over the seller’s refresh token at https://api.ebay.com/identity/v1/oauth2/token (client id and secret as Basic), presented as Authorization: Bearer. Orders dial https://api.ebay.com; Finances and identity dial https://apiz.ebay.com, with the marketplace in marketplaceId setup (X-EBAY-C-MARKETPLACE-ID). Neither listing documents a sort order under the time filter it is read by, so neither is walked by keyset or offset. A pass reads closed windows ([a..b], both ends inclusive, to the millisecond). A window whose stated total exceeds one answer is halved and read again until one answer holds it, so nothing can shift between pages. The pass’s end is fixed on its first page, two minutes before the clock, and a finished pass carries it.

orders.pull: Sell Fulfillment getOrders by lastmodifieddate, 200 an answer, the first pass reaching back two years. Statuses (orderFulfillmentStatus, orderPaymentStatus, cancelStatus.cancelState) are kept as stated; pricingSummary.total is exact decimal text with its currency. Only orders that completed checkout are listed and none is withdrawn. The Fulfillment host serves no seller identity, so the connection asserts none.
transactions.pull: Sell Finances getTransactions by transactionDate, keyed by (transactionType, transactionId) and versioned by transactionStatus; amount is exact decimal text with its currency and bookingEntry says credit or debit. A status changes without changing the date, so each pass re-reads lookbackHours (72 by default). Identity is the seller’s immutable userId.

createShippingFulfillment posts one package’s line items and tracking. eBay documents no idempotency or precondition, so it is one unconditional attempt and a lost answer stays unknown. Notification API messages, including the mandatory marketplace account deletion, are admitted as occurrences by webhooks.ebay.signed() attached to a collection on this connection: ECDSA P-256/SHA-1 over eBay’s compact JSON of the message, the key read per kid through the connection’s credential and cached, and the destination challenge answered from the verification token. eBay’s SDKs read that key with an application token, so the connection’s credential must be one getPublicKey accepts; that has not been tried. No notification topic states an order change, so no order hint is declared. Platform Notifications are SOAP with an MD5 signature and stay unadmitted. Nothing here has run against eBay or been qualified.
