Use the @bijection/connectors/oracle-service-cloud entrypoint to declare Oracle Service Cloud (B2C Service) resources.

Availability

This page describes the pinned source package. Published availability is unestablished for this artifact. Source build and package availability.

Resources and modes

Declare a resource in application code, then bind deployment-specific settings and credentials. See typed resources, connections and source inspection.

ROQL object

observed: Tabular ROQL walk by (UpdatedTime, ID)

The following example matches configuration standard.

Configuration: standard

Case: oracle-service-cloud/object/observed/standard. Connection and resource configuration are declared by this exact case. Credential kind: oracle_service_cloud. Keep credential material in the private credential inventory.
Native admission analysis is available for this exact declaration. Collection: records
Recorded checks Hosted qualification: unestablished for this catalog configuration. Installed connections report their own identity, authority and current status.

Provider guidance

oracleServiceCloud.object.observed({ object, columns, lag? }) reads one object (Incident, Contact, Organization, …) through Connect REST v1.4 tabular ROQL, GET queryResults?query=SELECT … ORDER BY UpdatedTime, ID LIMIT 500, under the binding’s baseUrl such as https://acme.custhelp.com/services/rest/connect/v1.4/. Every request sends the OSvC-CREST-Application-Context header v1.4 requires. The walk asks for rows strictly after the last (UpdatedTime, ID) read, at whole seconds. A page must answer exactly the selected columns. Every value arrives as text: columns are string, decimal or int64, and decimal columns are checked as exact text. A finished pass re-reads from lag seconds before the last pair. Not observed: deletions. Service Cloud keeps deleted records in the deletedRecordInformation managed table, but its columns are not documented, so no deletion is read. No command is declared. Bind an oracle_service_cloud credential (basic, or a bearer token from an external identity provider). No Service Cloud site has been reached.

Provider references

Provider references and prerequisites are maintained in the connector guidance above. No separate provider-documentation review date is recorded.

Source and evidence

The resource declaration examples above are compiled and compared with exact catalog declarations. Recorded checks apply only to their source, declaration and runtime identities. Configure a connection and inspect its status to establish deployment-specific readiness.
