Use the @bijection/connectors/adp entrypoint to declare ADP Workforce Now resources.

Availability

This page describes the pinned source package. Published availability is unestablished for this artifact. Source build and package availability.

Resources and modes

Declare a resource in application code, then bind deployment-specific settings and credentials. See typed resources, connections and source inspection.

Workers

roster: Workers walked whole

The following example matches configuration standard.

Configuration: standard

Case: adp/workers/roster/standard. Connection and resource configuration are declared by this exact case. Credential kind: adp. Keep credential material in the private credential inventory. Inspect the complete configuration contract below for settings and conditional requirements.
Native admission analysis is available for this exact declaration. Collection: workers
Recorded checks Hosted qualification: unestablished for this catalog configuration. Installed connections report their own identity, authority and current status.

Event notifications

queue: Queue drained and acknowledged after custody

The following example matches configuration standard.

Configuration: standard

Case: adp/events/queue/standard. Connection and resource configuration are declared by this exact case. Credential kind: adp. Keep credential material in the private credential inventory. Inspect the complete configuration contract below for settings and conditional requirements.
Native admission analysis is available for this exact declaration. Collection: events
Recorded checks Hosted qualification: unestablished for this catalog configuration. Installed connections report their own identity, authority and current status.

Provider guidance

Compiled declaration examples and configuration details are published in the connector reference. workers.roster walks GET /hr/v2/workers?$top=100&$skip=n whole each pass (a 204 ends it), keyed by associateOID, masked by default. Terminated workers stay listed with status T; nobody is withdrawn. Point reconciliation reads /hr/v2/workers/{aoid}. events.queue drains the Workforce Now event notification queue: GET /core/v1/event-notification-messages answers the oldest unacknowledged message, named only by its adp-msg-msgid response header, or 204 when the queue is empty. That header is the record key; the host acknowledges each message with DELETE /core/v1/event-notification-messages/{adp-msg-msgid} only after the page retaining it is published, and a 404 there is a message already deleted. A pass takes at most maxMessages (default 100); the message body is kept as JSON text beside its eventID and eventNameCode. ADP asks consumers to poll no more than every five minutes and keeps an unacknowledged message for 30 days. ADP Marketplace’s ESI guide documents a different shape (a 200 with an empty events array, the id in the body’s eventID); that variant is not what this mode reads. ADP authenticates the token request and every API call with the application’s client certificate (mutual TLS) as well as the client-credentials token. The connection’s credential is an oauth_client_credentials envelope whose client_tls the host presents on both:
A certificate-bound client reaches public addresses only. Built from the provider’s published API documentation; nothing here has run against ADP Workforce Now or been qualified. The certificate presentation and the header-keyed queue are unit-tested in the engine only.

Provider references

Provider references and prerequisites are maintained in the connector guidance above. No separate provider-documentation review date is recorded.

The resource declaration examples above are compiled and compared with exact catalog declarations. Recorded checks apply only to their source, declaration and runtime identities. Configure a connection and inspect its status to establish deployment-specific readiness.
