Availability

This page describes the pinned source package. Published availability is unestablished for this artifact. Source build and package availability.

Resources and modes

Declare a resource in application code, then bind deployment-specific settings and credentials. See typed resources, connections and source inspection.

Sale invoices

pull: Full $skip walks in UID order, RowVersion versions, read-only

The following example matches configuration standard.

Configuration: standard

Case: myob/invoices/pull/standard. Connection and resource configuration are declared by this exact case. Credential kind: myob. Keep credential material in the private credential inventory.
Native admission analysis is available for this exact declaration. Collection: invoices
Recorded checks Hosted qualification: unestablished for this catalog configuration. Installed connections report their own identity, authority and current status.

Customers

pull: Full $skip walks in UID order, RowVersion-conditioned updates

The following example matches configuration standard.
The function references identify application policy queries. Implement those policies in your application; the references alone grant no authority.

Configuration: standard

Case: myob/customers/pull/standard. Connection and resource configuration are declared by this exact case. Credential kind: myob. Keep credential material in the private credential inventory.
Native admission analysis is available for this exact declaration. Collection: customers

Configuration: readOnly

Case: myob/customers/pull/readOnly. Connection and resource configuration are declared by this exact case. Credential kind: myob. Keep credential material in the private credential inventory.
Native admission analysis is available for this exact declaration. Collection: customers
Recorded checks Hosted qualification: unestablished for this catalog configuration. Installed connections report their own identity, authority and current status.

Provider guidance

Compiled declaration examples and configuration details are published in the connector reference. The connection holds a myob credential (myob.credential), an OAuth bearer token for https://api.myob.com. Setup names the company file (companyFile, the cf_uri, OAuth’s businessId) and the app’s API key (apiKey, the OAuth client id, sent as x-myobapi-key); every request also sends x-myobapi-version: v2. A file that demands a company-file user (x-myobapi-cftoken, a Base64 user and password) is not supported: nothing here holds that secret. Identity reads /{companyFile}/Company, which proves the token reaches the file; it does not repeat the file id, so no account identity is asserted. invoices.pull reads /Sale/Invoice (every layout, totals, no lines); customers.pull reads /Contact/Customer (no balances). Filtering on LastModified is not documented, so every pass walks the whole entity with $orderby=UID, $top and $skip, carrying its offset while NextPageLink is stated and starting the next pass from zero. A record inserted below the offset mid-walk shifts later ones by one and can be missed until the next pass. A walk claims no coverage. The version is RowVersion, opaque; LastModified is published as MYOB’s zone-less text. Amounts are JSON numbers (Decimal 13,2), published as exact decimal text when they have at most two decimal places and 15 significant digits, and refused otherwise. The file’s homeCurrency is required; an invoice with ForeignCurrency uses its Code. No deletion is published: MYOB has no deleted feed. customers update PUTs the complete customer object (customer) with UID and the published RowVersion set over it. MYOB refuses a stale RowVersion (409, IncorrectRowVersionSupplied), so the write is conditional on the record being unchanged since it was read. A PUT replaces the customer, so omitted fields may be cleared; whether MYOB accepts a partial body is not established. There is no idempotency key, so delivery is a single attempt and a lost answer stays unknown. Invoices are read-only. MYOB allows 8 calls a second and 1,000,000 a day per API key and answers an excess with 403 RateLimitError (not 429), which is declared a transient failure. The budget meters one connection; files sharing one key share MYOB’s limit. Nothing here has run against MYOB or been qualified.
