Provider guidance

Compiled declaration examples and configuration details are published in the connector reference. The connection holds a zoho-books credential (zohoBooks.credential): a managed oauth_refresh envelope with protocol.bearer_scheme: "Zoho-oauthtoken", as the Zoho CRM README shows, for the organization’s data center (dataCenter: com by default, or eu, in, com.au, jp, ca, com.cn, sa, ae), under /books/v3. Setup organizationId is sent as organization_id on every request. Identity is that organization’s id from GET /organizations/{id}; an answer for another organization is refused. invoices.pull reads invoice listing rows (header fields, total, balance, void ones included) and contacts.pull reads customers and vendors with filter_by=Status.All (no balances). Every pass is a full walk by page (per_page up to 200) in created_time order until page_context.has_more_page is false; nothing is carried between passes. Zoho states no sound incremental read: the invoice last_modified_time filter’s semantics are undocumented and invoices cannot be sorted by it; contacts can be sorted by it but not filtered. Page offsets over a live listing can pass over one record when an earlier one is deleted mid-pass; the next pass reads it. The version is last_modified_time as Zoho spells it, opaque. Amounts are kept exact: text as sent, a JSON number only within 15 significant digits at three decimal places, beside currency_code. Zoho has no deleted-records listing, so no deletion is published; void is a present status. Limits: 100 requests a minute per organization (declared as the budget) and a daily cap by plan; a full walk costs one request per 200 records, so the default cadence is every six hours. A 429 (codes 44, 45, 1070) states no wait and is retried as transient. No writes: PUT /invoices/{id} has no concurrency token and no idempotency key. No webhooks: Zoho signs sorted query/form parameters plus the JSON payload, not the raw body. Nothing here has run against Zoho Books or been qualified.
