authorization
•Optional authorization: "indexed"
"indexed" also maintains what .visible() reads of this index need to
enumerate the caller’s readable rows directly, in this index’s order: an
exact view of the rows under each ancestor and a view of the rows’ direct
grants. It decides how authorization is served, never what is permitted.
ctx.db.query(table).visible().withIndex(name) then reads through it.
Requires an access binding; a staged index cannot declare it.
maxStreams
•Optional maxStreams: number
Serving guarantee for an authorization index: a page opens at most this many
ordered streams (holders, ancestor scopes and point anchors) before its
first row, or the read is refused with AccessPathStreamBound. Omitted,
the read budgets alone bound it. 1 to 1024.
