server.ActionSources Pinned reads of installed sources, for actions. A fetch is inspection. It reads the source’s table through the installation the engine already holds, under the authority that governs the source’s rows with the filtered values, and returns the rows to this action only: nothing is published, retained or tracked as a dependency, so a query or mutation cannot fetch. Each fetch that authority admits leaves one line on the deployment’s audit log stream. A source whose reads cannot be pinned to a position, as Oracle AS OF SCN, Snowflake AT and Delta VERSION AS OF pin them, is refused as SourceFetchUnpinned. A refusal throws a BijectionError whose data is SourceFetchErrorData; a failure to reach the source throws an ordinary Error.
