The connection’s base URL is https://3.basecampapi.com/<account id>/; a Launchpad OAuth Bearer token authorizes. userAgent (application name plus contact) is required by Basecamp. recordings.changes reads one recording type newest change first (sort=updated_at&direction=desc) by page, and stops at the first page that reaches below the carried bound less five minutes. Newest-first paging can repeat a recording but skip one only when a recording leaves the list, which shrinks X-Total-Count; such a pass is refused and repeated. Trashed and archived recordings are not withdrawn. Events are not read. Built from the provider’s published API documentation; nothing here has run against Basecamp or been qualified.
