# Bugzilla

The connection's base URL is the instance root; an API key travels as `X-BUGZILLA-API-KEY` (6.0+) or `api_key` (5.x), chosen by the `api_key` envelope.

`bugs.changes` reads `GET /rest/bug?last_change_time=<T>&order=changeddate,bug_id&limit=100` as a keyset over `last_change_time`, which Bugzilla documents as inclusive. `order` is not a documented REST parameter: an instance that ignores it answers out of order and the page is refused. Bugs are never withdrawn. Nothing is written: no mid-air collision precondition is documented for `PUT /rest/bug/{id}`.
