# bijection blame

> Find the physical mutation that last wrote a document

## bijection blame

```text theme={"theme":{"light":"github-light-default","dark":"github-dark-default"}}
Find the last writer in the selected context's native history, including its caller and arguments. Requires audit-log access and current source access. Unreadable newer history refuses attribution. Continue a bounded search with the returned cursor.
Usage:
  bijection blame <table> <document-id> [flags]
Flags:
      --branch string           Inspect this branch; defaults to the selected context
      --component string        Physical component ID; omit for the root component
      --cursor string           Continue the same document's search at the same revision
      --deployment string       Inspect history on a specific deployment. Accepts:
                                • a deployment name (e.g. joyful-capybara-123)
                                • a deployment reference (e.g. dev/james, staging)
                                • dev (for your personal dev deployment)
                                • prod (for your project’s default production deployment).
                                You can also select deployments in other projects with project-slug:reference.
      --format string           Output format; JSON preserves exact values. (pretty, json) (default "pretty")
  -h, --help                    help for blame
